Upping Co-Codamol Dose

I currently take 1 tablet of 30/500mg every 4 hours because of the size of my stomach.
Would it be ok to take 2 every 4 hours or even 1 every 2 hours as needed?

2 at a time is fine, no more than 8 in 24 hours.

Well I can't vouch for that in your situation but at that dose I suffer constipation with them. Something you don't need with back pain.

Thanks mamya upped my dose a couple of times a day and feel more comfortable.
