Just an update for anyone who might have wondered.

Unfortunately yesterday my father lost his battle with Cancer, he went downhill very quickly and although I am absolutely and utterly distraught at his passing, I am relieved he is no longer suffering and in pain.

Thank you so much for your nice comments, I am relieved because we had been caring for him at home for the last few months and watching his rapid decline was heartbreaking, he quality of life was non existent, but at the end he went peacefully and in no pain.
