Should Menstruation Be (Optionally) Badged ?

An interesting question IMHO, although as a mere male perhaps I'm being unacceptably intrusive. I can see pros and cons, but most of the cons are associated with stigmatisation/taboo. A better solution perhaps would be a badge showing "under the weather" for any reason. And any system must be voluntary/optional.
Is there enough consideration given to women during the "monthly curse" (especially from men) ?
Or do we prefer people to just "grin and bear it".

i don't think wearing a badge would help to be honest, it smacks of pandering
