I've been given some capsules by a friend - They aid sleep. Has anyone tried them, are they any good and does anyone know why they stink so much?

I've tried the Nytol ones with no effect - I've tried the non herbal Nytol ones too - they were better, prefer to take herbal ones though...


I'll just holf my nose.

can i ask are these valerian tablets ok to take during the day i sleep ok thankfully but am very jittery during the day and could do with something to calm me down a little, the problem is i drive for a living, so obviously dont want somthing that will send me sleep.
