Self Isolating/ Lock Down

Am not sure if its a good idea or not but I thinking of having my sister stay with me whilst we are in lockdown, We are both over 70 and live in the same town. I know it would mean sharing resources which will run out quicker together than being on our own. I havn.t mentioned it to her yet as I don.t think she is taking it seriously enough. Also she hasn.t any children so it would be left for my daughter to be running about for both of us and she although single works full time. Any suggestions would be grateful

Yes, I think you should.
Wouldn't do it myself as it would drive me potty but horses for courses.

You could get your shopping delivered to save troubling your daughter.

Will give my sister a call and see if she would be interested in coming to stay with me. My daughter doesn;t live with me and I know she would collect our medicines etc and I could try and do on line shopping. have enough in for a couple of weeks

A very good idea if you and your sister are close and like each other's company. Only of course if your daughter agrees. Don't forget that your repeat prescriptions can be forwarded by GPs to participating pharmacists for delivery to you.

Great idea, its good to have some company and to be able to share resources. Should either of you feel unwell, you can always split up again and self isolate.
