Hi, I'm 65 and need to know if there's an alternative to Voltarol which is not working on my medial knee sprain.

loads. have you tried paracetamol? naproxen? Ibuprofen?

Do you mean Voltarol tablets or the cream ?
Best be guided by your GP or pharmacist if you can. Some alternatives have contra indications.

Before having my knee replacement I got the best relief from believe it or not a spray like deep heat from the £1 shop. Always got sleep using it.

Would say that Hemp Gel would give me relief with my osteoarthritis knees Scarlet ?
