Ladies year 3 into PeriMenopause. Periods spanning every 3 months now for the last 2 years. Awful hot flushes and night sweats stopped in January. 50 in October. Am I nearly in Menopause...?x

who can say? You are officially in menopause when you haven't bled for 12 months. Looking back I had about 9 years from first symptoms to over and done. I still get flushes and dizzy spells at age 67
