the fella from ICL was very good

safety first - then see if there are antibodies - see if they neutralise - see if they prevent infection in a controlled envirnment
and then see if it does so in the community

ICL - one of 145 vaccine projects - is DNA-lipid based
and kinda needs novichock amounts ( varry varry leedol ) per person
so one litre of the much is 6 m doses ( yes 6 million )
