If anywhere within reach of Portugal then you can get Amlodipine over the counter but I don't know about the others.

all I know is that codeine is a dangerous drug
and not available over the counter
and I thought I wd get arrested when I asked for some .....

they have a prescription system as we do with POMs and over the counter meds

My chemist in Portugal will not give any of these without a prescription but as I am registered with them and they have a list of what I will take they will give 1 box in an emergency and send a text reminding me to bring in the prescription or they won’t do it again.
