B12 Jabs Again
10 Answers
Call to the surgery earlier to ask any info about when these will re start.
The surgery is expecting sometime over the next two weeks to have lots more information about various things which have been cancelled or organised vastly differently since lockdown, including B12 jabs.
Female relative has been using a B12 oral spray in the meantime which she herself bought. Her thinking is even if it’s not done much good, it won’t have done her any harm.
Also, I have to have a blood test and interestingly it will be done at the local leisure centre whilst I’m sitting in the car with my arm stuck out of the window. Seems a very efficient way of doing it, maybe B12 jabs will be done in a similar way.

The only gripe I have is that they are making us wear face coverings and I'm claustrophobic! So they've come up with a solution whereby I go in through the back door when it's not so busy, have my jab and go out the same way! Then no-one sees me!
My surgery isn’t doing them and it’s over three months since my last one. They say they’re not going to do them anymore. I have an ileostomy and cannot absorb B12 any other way. I’m getting a little concerned now so I called the surgery and I’m having a telephone consultation on Tuesday so that they can decide whether or not to issue me with a prescription! I’m feeling very tired and headachy, and waking up with pins and needles in my hands and I’m sure it’s because I’m low on B12.
