There's a fella aged about 46 - he does have autism and no relatives. I just wonder about him.
He is working in a very physical job perhaps 12 hours a day 4 days a week and the other maybe does 9. hours a day.
He is very tall but has an enormous protruding stomach. He has been doing the above job for 2 years now and I myself think his stomach should be far far flatter.
I personally think he has a hernia and because he is in no pain doesn't realise how big his stomach his. Would any of you know what is causing his stomach being so large.
Because of the autism he doesn't eat big. A couple of sausages here and there. Definitely no big meals.

I'm not worried as he is just a friend of somebody I know but I don't see him for maybe months at a time and still no matter how hard he works - he never loses this belly.

Deposition of fat around the belly can also be highly affected by your androgens. Hence the reason why men and women have different fat storing patterns. Men will store more fat in the belly region whereas women will store more fat around thighs and hips. I do not know if his autism has affected his androgens but its a possibility.
At the same time, I have seen plenty of mentally fit men who are otherwise skinny also hold a lot of fat in the belly area and science isnt sure 100% as to why this happens
I would say a proper and complete medical checkup is necessary to diagnose if any underlying health conditions exist in this man
