My health centre have suspended ear syringing for the foreseeable and I was considering this 'miracle' device to give relief.

Has anyone used them and did they work?

Sorry, did someone speak? ;-)
Shortest video I could find on an almost identical product - ENT Doc says - No.

There was a similar enquiry on here a month or 2 ago. The answer was that it was a scam.
Well, they get full marks for consistency in their reviews, anyway!

By chance, the last time I visited my local pharmacy, the guy in front of me was talking to the pharmacist about removing ear wax. The pharmacist said that the drops he was recommending were every bit as good as syringing but just took rather longer to work.

The NHS website also suggests consulting a pharmacist:

Syringing was discussed here before, with a few suggestions as well:

Thanks all for taking the time to reply.
I had noticed the almost fluent recommendations from 'UK users' on consecutive days and had wondered why neither Lloyds or Boots sold them.

Olive oil and 'eh?' for a while it is then. :-)
my mother used the olive oil but she warmed it up to get better results
Eared available from most chemist. Individual oil capsules. Works well
I bought a smart swab over a week ago and so far it has not produced any wax regardless of the filthy Herberts in the ads who make heaps. I will keep going and think if I left it a few weeks there would definitely be something to remove, and if nothing is taken out can use the old method (don't ask) which works extremely well to see if it has missed anything.
My GP, or rather the nurse, was not available for an ear flush due to Covid.
Their advice: mineral or olive oil - couple of drops a day. 3rd day, done. It just popped out.
Hydrogen peroxide was NOT recommended.

Then again, what do they know ? For superior medical advice please consult your favourite random person on-line.
AB has no shortage of experts.
That tool costs about $60 here. Duh.
