that is pretty uncommon - the two I know ( lab ratty) both said - o god we keep quiet or else they bleed us white

no effect on covid ( blood groups arent a factor in anything - ease of infection and or severity )

The blood cells all espress H or O antigen
if you have an enzyme you convert it to A
if you dont then it stays O
if you have another enzyme you convert it to B
if not then it stays O

and so you have both
irrelevant to covid which uses the angiotensin 2 receptor to enter cells - of which you have more if you are fat
