health wise, at the moment?
I bashed one of my toes and think I probably broke it as it’s healed up slightly wonky.
One of my teeth is a little sensitive but I think that’s because I’m a tooth grinder, wish I could stop.
Think I have two frozen shoulders but work round them, been like this for almost a year now, think they’re improving.
You?
(Bit bored at the moment)

So so, but more little niggles than I'm prepared to divulge. Getting old isn't half as much fun as people make out.
I got a rose thorn down the side of my finger in between the nail and finger. Thought I'd got it all out but its gone septic. I've tried all the tricks including hoking around with a pin but can't seem to open it up. Currently I've gone germolene and clingfilm wrapped around it to try and soften it up but its throbbing. Hopefully tomorrow it will 'pop'.
My knees shout at me...how much varies. I started taking fish oil again, which seems to have helped. Or maybe it's my imagination.
A tick bite which has the head of the tick still in it and will not come out!
APG; half a bottle of whiskey and a Bowie knife!
Would tea tree oil help...or, more conventially, savlon wound healing gel?
Good grief Tilly! It's been weeks...no squeezing/popping?
Cover it and deprive it of air. When it backs out, pick it with tweezers.
APG have you tried a bread poultice? My mother used to torture us as kids with these but damn they worked every time
Martin - no but I'll give it a go -recipe please?
Tilly, google says use alcohol to clean and then a needle to remove the head. If you can't, go to the doctor x

Ooh, I love a good poke around with a needle, I’d get that tick head out! And the rose thorn.
OG, I have a fair few more niggles than I mentioned too, maybe it’s the change in the weather but they all seem a bit more niggly lately.
Never found fish oil helped my joints pasta, I thought it was more for heart health?
APG the heel of the bread cut to slightly bigger than you need it soaked in hot milk as hot as you can bare it, put it on the infection and bind it with a bandage.
As the bread dries out it pulls at the infected area, I don’t remember it ever taking longer than 2 applications to get rid of it.
knees are gone, osteoarthritis has put paid to them, makes life very very difficult. walking is a proverbial nightmare, i do it obviously, but am in constant pain.
Broken little finger never healed so has set slightly odd. Only I would notice it tbh, but it’s still pretty painful.
I broke my little toe a few years back. It only bothers me at night.
