You need to resist the temptation to have naps during the day - do something practical, don't sit down in a comfy chair. If you feel the need to sit rather than stand, confine yourself to a dining chair. Don't go to bed until 10 p.m. at least and if you wake up in the night do not go anywhere near your computer/smart phone etc. Stay in bed until at least 5.30 a.m.
