Nail Clippers/Cutters

I suffer from MND which is badly affecting the strength in my hands. I live on my own and am struggling with cutting my hand and toe nails with large toe nail clippers. I noticed an electric nail file and clipper in a brochure I was sent (although they are battery not electric) and thought they would be ideal, but on reading reviews found that people said they were rubbish. Has anyone got any ideas please?

I was hoping for some feedback on the electric clippers or advice from other people with weak hands as to how they cope cutting toe nails.
hi Kazal, this is a problem that isn't going to improve. I have a hand disability and have never found anything satisfactory and therefore gave in and go to the chiropodist now
I have some of those, Buenchico, on account of my traditional Botswanan build, but though they add to your reach they don't greatly improve leverage in cutting toenails so don't add much to your manual strength.
I sympathise with your problem, but have to agree with the advice of other posters. I cannot reach my feet, so I have a chiropodist who comes to my home and as well as cutting my nails, she looks after my feet generally. She is not even locked down, which is a plus for me.
