Scratchem.
No but seriously... Have you tried E45 lotion?
I am not sure that your balls are itching but I think you mean your scrotum.
Any rash around that area?
If any cause has been ruled out then try an anti itch cream or lotion - Lanacane for example.
Give them an airing. Not in Tescos or whilst walking passed the local comprehensive obviously.
Wear loose boxers. Use an anti fungal cream twice a day.
It works for me.

Jock itch. An anti-fungal cream should soon get it sorted. If you're under 60, you can get 1% clotrimazole cream (e.g. Canesten) over the counter in any pharmacy. If you're older, you'll need a GP's prescription for an alternative anti-fungal cream (possibly 1% hydrocortisone / 2% miconazole), which you can probably get over the phone.
Like Chris said!!
Curious as to why over 60s cannot buy it.
Anti-fungal may not be compatible with some other meds.
While treating the itch on the scrotum you might want to do your feet as well in case the fungus is being transfered when washing otherwise it's not going to go away.
I can't help but I feel for you, Piggy. You must be in distress.
Tilly, I'm a bit itchy. Would you feel for me?

Dr Sqad, no rash. It seems to occur in confined areas with little ventilation. Will try wearing loose boxers. As for creams and lotions, will need the spanish equivalent.
Don't bother with antifungal creams as no rash means no infection, fungal or otherwise.
Shower regularly, change your boxer shorts regularly and use a Spanish equivalent of E 45 (can't remember what that is, but the pharmacia will help)
Sure that you or your other half have no discharge, vaginally or penile? If either of you have then see your GP.
Good luck

Thanx sqad
I used to get this as a kid, because my Mum bought me nylon underpants,

Make sure they are pure cotton.
Inspect down there, if skin a different shade it could be Tinea, a fungal infection.

I havent got a fungal infection. But i do tend to wear 98% cotton boxers.
