Your OT can't issue funds directly to an individial to make a repair to an individuals personal property.
Do you get mobility allowance.. this is what mobility allowance is issued for. .. To keep the recipient mobile.

Usually used for taxis and reimbursing family members to help.
But yes the PIP will have to cover it.
