Immunogloblobulins

When I had a blood test in January, my lgG, lgA and lgM were all abnormally low.
Now that I've had my first vaccine jab, will my immune system have improved? TIA

I'm one of those who have been told to shield because my immune system is low and I have an underlying illness and I wondered if now I've had the jab, if that builds up the immune system.
If it doesn't, then is there a way I can build it up by medication perhaps?
I know very little about this, only what I'm told, and I've been told that because my immune system is low, I have a greater chance of picking up the virus, so if it's possible, I would like to be able to build it up, but I don't know how to do this.

I would presume, that your specialist has investigated your poor immune performance and is happy that it does not need a bolster.....I.e immunoglobulins, in which case, there is nothing more that can or need be done for your immune system.
I understand your concern, but you have done as much as possible and the assumed medical reasoning, is even if you do get Covid contact, then you will have enough ammunition to repel the invader.
I am not an expert on this but Peter Pedant would be a better opinion.

// and I wondered if now I've had the jab, if that builds up the immune system. ( no in real terms)
If it doesn't, then is there a way I can build it up by medication perhaps? (no)
after blood cancer and chemo my blood cells were rock bottom
and I got one or two infections
PCP is a give away - it only occurs in the immunosuppressed
I am 'stuck' on septrin with the proviso that I will always have to take it and I must bear in mind that no matter what my indices are or will be , I will always be immunosuppressed
immunosuppression as a result of disease is NOT a luxury
