Pfizer Jab On Saturday

Hi just to say I had the Pfizer vaccine on Saturday being a type 2 diabetic I was offered the Covid-19 vaccination and immediately took it. I had no side effects apart from a very slight sore arm that lasted 24 hours. I will get a call in about 12 weeks for the second dose. Feeling relieved that in 3-4 weeks I will have quite a bit of immunity

1. enter the rat run in the local boots store
2 give appointment number to nice man, asked to confirm name address and dob and sanitise hands
3 waiting area name and DOB confirmed
4 injection area name and dob confirmed also checked if have covid symptoms, fever or allergies
5 nurse tells me its astra zeneca and ask if I have any questions and which arm. Needle goes in.
6 sent to wait for 5 minutes. asked to wait in my car for further 15 minutes before driving and told to sound horn if I feel ill.
