Not low calorie, low fat. Eat normal...unprocessed food. Low calorie/ fat is likely to have more additives plus salt and sugar. Get rid of starchy carbs...they convert into sugar, and then produce a release of insulin, and in turn cause blood sugar spikes and hunger. Gimmicks will not help weight loss....
Right.......never tried it and have never met anyone who has.
Mates of mine have never heard of it or seen any clinical trials.
It acts,so they say, on cells that produce Insulin to gee them up.
I didn't know that Insulin had anything to do with weight loss.
That's it from me.

I have been on this since May this year, at first it made my appetite go a bit and I do now have smaller meals, I lost some weight but not much. It is a weekly jab you do yourself alongside your normal insulin. Also my Hba1c was 69 in February and then since having the ozempic it has gone down to 45, my diabetic nurse is impressed.
