Covid Lung Damage
9 Answers
Can anyone hazard a guess as to what the proper medical terminology might be for:
"stones" in the lungs.
Now obviously this is a very vague description I know. Clearly this individual hasn't asked the questions and the docs gave a very basic layman description.
Im only asking cos I myself am curious!
Someone in extended family was admitted to hospital for 2 nights with breathing issues. Caused, she is told, by a previous Covid infection.
(ie she had covid a few months ago but still has lingering health issues)
Prior to Covid she was fit, no co morbidities and is 20 yo.
The drs aren't yet sure if treatment will be surgical or pharmaceutical.
