My dentist is putting an implant in tomorrow. First one I've ever had. Is it OK to eat as normal afterwards? Just wondering if I should fuel up before the procedure.

Well I'm sure your dentist will advise you about that
No need to "fuel up".......when the anesthetic has worn off, just eat soft foods for perhaps 12-24 hours, then eat sensibly.
Main thing is to drink plenty.
Hope you have plenty of gumbo soup in (which I'm going to get tomorrow in Waitrose after your recommendation).
lol "fuel up" what are you, a car or a human being?
A good excuse for a binge

Good excuse for more gumbo soup afterwards then..... or perhaps a bouillabaisse.....but does sound like a hearty meal beforehand won't go amiss.

And I will follow Sqad's advice to drink plenty afterwards...it will be Friday night after all.....
it depends on whether he has implanted a - sweet tooth!
