Its though more to do with the measurement ratio between your hips and waist that effects your health now. For a woman the healthy ration is around 0.75 and for a man its higher.

Use this with your body mass index (your weight in kilos divided by your height in metres squared) to see how healthy you are. Your BMI should be between 20-25.

If you Google these things you will find loads of sites but beware of ones offered by slimming clubs/products as they can put a low estimate on what is healthy to make you buy their stuff.

Why, bibilui, do you keep asking questions to which the answers are only valid in a statistical sense? The three questions you have posted today can only have answers which have been determined by gathering the relevant statistics and calculating an arithmetical average. These averages are most unlikely to relate to any individual and would only be of use to people such as Government "bean counters"..

I notice a few other people ask similar questions? Are you all mates? If so, how many questions must be asked by what number of people before the answers become useless enough to fill a large dustbin?
