Peak Flow Readings?
7 Answers
The last few days I’ve been pretty out of breath, and even tho I have my inhalers I have to confess that I’m terrible at checking my readings on my peak flow meter, which I’m meant to do every day. So I’ve checked it today but I’ve no idea if its normal or not - can’t remember what it was last time.
Is there a chart or something where I can look up what it should generally be, I mean is it based on height/weight, or is every single person completely different??
I’m seeing asthma nurse tomorrow, but was just curious as to where there was anything I could look at tonight. TIA.
