I have just found a small white pill on the floor and I have no idea what it is or where it has come from (it has appeared since I last hoovered)

It has a 10 on one side & what looks like NO or ON on the other

Has anyone any idea what it is?

No children at home or cleaner. Seems unlikely it came in on footwear as it was upstairs. A mystery!
