I suffered a back injury, and my physio turned me into a fully trained pole dancer, what with all the hip rotations I had to do. Pity I'm a 48 years old

I havent myself but would love to try it. Most people see pole dancing as the seedy thing that women do down back alley clubs. Its actually very elligant and i imagen alot harder to do than we think. The best thing about it other than its great fun is.... Its one of the best forms of exercice, great for a tone up!



You should give it a go!
