You need to see how much of each vitamin and mineral is in the tablets you are taking and be careful not too exceed the daily dose. Why do you need the extra iron and vitamin c. One multi vitamin a day with a balanced diet should be enough. Who advised you to take all this and why.
If your lifestyle has maintained normal blood vitamin levels then you don't need supplements.
The only exception that I might make with any degree of scientific support is Vitamin D3.
You spend your money on what gives you satisfaction even if it involves seeing your money slide into the toilet.
There are certain medical conditions which involve dietary deficiencies but these need to be established at the outset by blood analysis.

My apologies for such a late ‘add-on’ to this thread.
Musictv2019, I like you was enthusiastic on supplements- over did that without thinking of consequences ….Among other supps., I took 5 Vit D3 and ended up in hospital with kidney stones- which passed after a week! (Thankfully) Now I am very mindful of what I’m taking and check whether it interacts/side effects/absorption etc and timing. All only because I’m a senior male and can’t eat the volumes I used to, so I can’t get all I need from food. One other reason for taking certain supps is to try and get my blood pressure to the point where my GP thinks it’s normal- and kiss goodbye to that prescription. That’s my goal.
