Hey Maisy, what do you mean by unstable? Don't worry, I have times I feel like this. Spend some time with people who'll ground you and reassure you.

if your feeling bad can you find someone a friend relative you can confine in? you need to try and let someone know how your feeling so they can try and help you. if you cant face anyone could you talk to someone over the phone?

hope your ok

verity x

Although it's probably too late to suggest this Maisy, but do consider ringing Samaritans if you feel unstable again. They won't be able to solve your problems, but will talk your feelings through with you even in the middle of the night if no one else will. You can also email them if you don't like using the phone. And feeling like this is so difficult, especially if you can't quite pin down exactly what is wrong. But good luck Maisy.

i cant call the Samaritans as i dont live in england anymore. :( ive tried talking to someone but i really cant say that it helped.
ive tried alot of things to try and make me feel "me" again, but everything seems to have failed!

Maisy I think the Samaritans would benefit you hugely. As you say you don't live in UK, so I say ar you near an Easyjet / Ryanair airport and get to UK cheapo? If yes book a flight pronto and have a budget weekend in anywhere UK style.

Then get on that phone and open up your heart. Follow their advice even if it is unpaletable to you. Pro advice followed is better than no advice followed. Let us know how you get on.

the fact that you can email Samaritans suggests that maybe you don't have to catch a plane - I don't think they normally demand to know your address. (If anyone knows I'm wrong, please correct me.) Emails may not have the personal feel of a phone call, but I imagine the quality of advice would be the same.

i know this might sound stupid but what is the email address then for the Samaritans please? i cant get on a plane and just go back. i wish it was just as easy like that, but its not. thanks

my friend lives in holland and theres an international samaritans or so she said she googled something like helplines in holland and it came up, maybe its worth a try or if you can get hold of a phone book for the country your in they may have numbers in there depending on which country your in they may have somone who speaks english
Came across your question while I was searching for something on AB. Ignore me if I'm being nosey, but wondered how you were doing? Hope you sorted your problem out. x
