If you had to make the choice of rescuing your known & loved pet or a person you don't know, which would you choose ?

If I had to make the choice between causing a billion humans (including all my friends and family) to suffer a long and agonising death or causing one cat to suffer minor momentary discomfort, it's goodbye humans.

Decided to come back on to say that if I didn't save my dog first, I would have to live out the rest of my days in utter pain and grief with the thought of my beautiful, loving, trusting and faithful dog watching me let her die - that's why it's a no brainer for me !

I love Pen Farthing, he saw first hand the terrible treatment of animals in that hell hole country and decided to do something about it. Now the poor animals don't have him to rescue them, very, very sad.

I've seen that film pixie. It started well, but I thought it lost the plot a bit along the way, could have been done better imo.
I thought the same, Shirley. It was some time ago, so hard to remember now.
It was on TV not too long ago, the first time I'd seen it.

ken; you wrote 09:44 telling me what my "loaded question" ought to read.
Please look at the OP & tell me what is loaded about it.

As you know Shirley, I feel exactly the same as you and I think it would be instinctive for loving pet owners to rescue an animal that was a loved member of the family first.
No contest, pet first. I wouldn’t have to think about it.
Khandro; "Known and loved pet" - tug on the old heartstrings there "or a person you don't know" - instantly dismissive. As fully loaded as 6 rounds in a six-shooter. In my most humble opinion, of course:-/

ken; May we take it you don't have a dog, (loving or otherwise) ?
