My Hair Is Silver Now, No Roots As I Take After My Dad In That Department

I fancy a pale pink toner or a champagne colour but I’m not sure what product to use, any ideas?

^ I agree. As hairdressers advise, go lighter as you age.

Dark roots don't look to bad. Grey roots look awful. And long hair looks awful too unless it is worn up or tied back. Grey hair can look really nice.

My long hair does not look awful, I get loads of complements and I'm over 60!

I wear mine cropped short and often spike it for a funky effect

Aunt PG. Apologies - I meant old people with long grey hair. I don't count 60s as old people. To me they're spring chickens. It's just that I see so many oldpeople who have DULL grey long straight hair which just hangs down around very old faces (including men!).

Just thinking in our group of friends and relations in that agegroup, including my OP there are no bald men or men with combovers. Never thought of that before!

My OH is bald completely and has been since his mid twenty’s , he blames the wearing of an RAF hat all the time as his brothers and his Dad all had hair, having said that , he’s 6’1 and they were all 5’9, he’s currently sporting a lovely brown dome ;0))
