I had to have the Astra Zeneca jabs due to allergy to penicillin.
I've just read in the Daily Express that you cannot have the Astra Zeneca as a booster, what will I get instead, any?

''The Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine will not be included in the booster programme, following fears of rare blood clotting.''

Pfizer
The other one is the Moderna. I read somewhere that the Astra Zenica has been approved, but only for people who had it before so you may be able to get your GP to arrange one for you.
I suppose they think it is easier to give everyone the others as it does not matter which one they had first time
Hmm I don’t think A-Z will be used in the UK again.
As far as I know
As I understand it the OAZ is nothing to do with blood clots that you won't be having it as a booster, its more to do with production, or at least that is my understanding. I had the OAZ, but must admit I am a little concerned about having a different booster shot? So at the moment I'm looking out for more information, but not from the government.
That link suggests otherwise but I think it is going to be withdrawn
Useful ubasses thanks.

I suppose I'll have to try to get a phone call with my GP when I get my reminder.
Thanks for your answers.
It says so in the link that ubasses as given. if you've had two AZs your booster will likely the same.
