Does anyone suffer with this? if yes, what do you do/take to ease the symptoms.

I had a bout some while ago and my GP prescribed Prednisolone which did the trick.

Thanks Danny will chat to my gp about this, they diagnosed it at Rhemology clinic, but never suggested anything to ease it, only exercises.

I'm amazed they didn't prescribe Prednisone, which is usually a first-line treatment option.

Your Rheumatologist doesn't sound very good.

Thank you for the links Buen very helpful, and LadyCG no I don't think she was very helpful at all, all she wants me to do is exercises to strengthen my muscles, I have made an appointment with my gp to discuss things, see what he can suggest.
