Should I Commit Suicide Since My Trouble Has Just Increased?
91 Answers
I have been struggling with eczema for the past two years and my trouble just increased officially when my mom asked me what I want for Christmas and I told her that I want a ps5 and she told me that they're sold out. I then asked about online and she told me that they're sold out online too. I want to commit suicide because I can't even get what I want for Christmas in addition to the other issue of never-ending eczema. I going to be stuck with a ps4 forever because whenever the ps5 is available it is always going to be too expensive for my mom to buy and or sold out. I just thought that getting a ps5 for Christmas would be something good that would happen so that I can at least have a reason to not feel anxious, depressed, and suicidal even while suffering from never-ending eczema.

I agree, Anne.
I have had mental health problems for over 40 years - I am 58.
In that time I have 'suffered' from many thoughtless or cruel comments. I have thick skin and most of the time such comments are easily ignored. But a couple of the comments have had a deep impact on my already fragile mental health and caused me to relapse at a time where I was getting better.
I laugh and joke about mental health, some things that I have done over the years seem to be sensible at the time, but looking back I can see where I lost the plot.
Nobody knows what is going on in a person's head and as so many posts have been removed I can only assume that none of you have been in a really bad place and wanted help.
Cjnix - if you are seriously considering killing yourself over this issue I suggest that talking to your doctor is a good place to start so that you can work out what is really important in life and what is of no real importance.

At 74, I can honestly say my mental health problems started very early in life. I struggled with chronic anxiety. I present, apparently, as an extremely confident happy person, which pleases me. Only very close friends and family and medics know otherwise. A lot of people must be the same. It's very difficult to give advice, but nice of people to try. Some people just don't understand - but how could they? So it's good to be kind.
