Is it still the case that if you are in contact with some one who has covid symptoms : then you should isolate for 7 days from when the other person symptoms was first noticed ?

No. You don't need to isolate. The guidelines are for you to take a lateral flow test everyday for 7 days, or a PCR, if you can get one.

Unless the rules have changed again.

If you haven't been fully jabbed, then you need to isolate for 10 days.

I can't find where it says the above in the guidelines - i.e. to do a lateral flow rest for 7 days or a PCR test

Can someone point me to where it says so , please ?
