has anyone found any diets that are easy to follow/prepare & that ACTUALLY work??? i would love to lose 10-20 lbs. help!!!!???!!! i've tried a variety of diets & none of them seem to work. thanks

i have tried many diets since i was a youing girl and out of all of them, weight watchers is the best by far, i have lost over 2 stone, and its not diificult and fits into my life easily try these

Eat less, exercise more. Requires willpower.
Agree with boobesque, the weekly weigh ins really motivate you to lose some rather than weighing yourself at home.
Soup diet - originally designed for heart surgery patients apparently will give qucik results. I think Holland & Barrats are flogging boxes of the stuff for �10 or so, but its easy to make up. Google it and you should find the recipes. Any diet though is as above no substitute for sensible lifestyle with little alcohol, plenty of exercise, sensible eating, lots of rest, stress free living, etc etc. Try that one for a while.......................

I've finally got fed up with being over what I want to be weight wise and I am doing the eat salad with a bit of fish/chicken for meals and exercise - sit ups and those leg side things where you hold it and those bum ones where you life it up behind you and hold it, not loads but building it up, and as soon as my puppy has his final injections today I'll be walking the dogs every morning too! .... it takes will power but now I have decided to do it I know I will, doesn't cost anything either and its healthy .... oh and I am wearing size 10's which used to fit perfectly but are now very tight (combined with big tops so I don't have icky rolls!!!) to remind me that I want to wear them comfortably ... I have scales at home which I weigh myself on every morning which keeps me on track .... just make yourself do it! good luck!

Yes. The only diet that works for me is avoiding all sweet foods. Lost weight straight away when I cut out all chocolate and crisps.

im a fan of weightwatchers. keeps me trim!
