Is there a 4th COVID booster vaccination available in the UK at this present time?

If they had a 3rd jab because of underlying health issues am assuming there invited for a booster at some stage, maybe its that

My friend who is on the 'vulnerable' list, has a mid-January appointment for a booster. She has had three doses already, the first was in 2020, then two in 2021.

Those who are classed as 'clinically extremely vulnerable' have, in some cases, been given three vaccine doses instead of the usual two. However they remain eligible for a booster dose, thus making 4 doses in total:

I keep getting letters telling me that I'm classed as 'extremely vulnerable' (due to having had chemotherapy, even though it finished well over a year ago) but I've only had the regular two doses and a booster. It seems that one part of the system has me listed with 'high risk' status but another part doesn't!

I would rather they gave it to unvaccinated countries, to reduce the risk of further mutations.

A letter that I got said it's as I'm immunosuppressed.
