I agree with the post of Bazile 11.46.

This is slovenly, unacceptable standard of health care which is pervading the NHS.

Normal results are just as important as abnormal results to the patient................and to the doctor.
My practice is exactly the same but I request copies of the results to which they put up barriers, but eventually get my way.

Access to your medical records is your right.

Our practice says the will contact you only if necessary, but adviseyou to phone anyway in case there are other issues that may need discussing. I find that a bit confusing!!

Well as we've said before, no news usually means good news but I agree about checking in with your surgery. Will definitely put your mind at rest, Bobbi x
