Women look very smart in a trouser suit. Not keen if they also wear a collar and tie. A smart blouse would be a better choice.

I don't think there's anything particularly wrong in finding such things weird for yourself, or for those you choose to personally interact with. But, as pat says, to each their own. Better not to be judgemental. "Weird", perhaps unfortunately, has such a pejorative connotation.

If it's just the cross dressing it's on the edge of normal range however if you feel it is more significant and you want to explore transgender issues for example it might be worth having a look at the Beaumont Society website
