Has anyone had to go through this? It’s something I may have to go through and I want to know what to expect.

I have questions so I am happy to create a throwaway to communicate with you as I don’t feel AB is the place to broadcast everything.

Thank you for understanding

For fairly obvious reasons (i.e. I've got different wobbly bits to you), I've not been through the procedure. However I've been looking at a few YouTube videos and, as far as I can see, it's no different to any other day treatment under general anaesthetic. i.e. you turn up at the hospital, answer lots of questions, get undressed, lie on a table, get anaesthetised, wake up, recover for a short while and then go home. The procedure in this video is almost identical to the one I had last year for an op which (due to those different wobbly bits) ladies never have!

[The video's in Hebrew but, of course, with subtitles. I've selected it as it's the best one that I could find that looks at the procedure from the patient's perspective. I suggest clicking on the title at the top of the video, rather than on the play button, as that forces it to open in a YouTube page, where the subtitles will be easier to read]:

Good luck Queenie .
