Potential Breast Cancer Treatment

I noticed a slight puckering/crease to underside of left breast. Immediately saw Dr who referred me to breast clinic.
After examination,mammograms and ultrasound they also took a biopsy. Waiting for results this Friday (13th!) but been told highly likely it's cancerous .
The lump is 7mm and they believe it's contained and we've caught it early which sounds positive.
I also have an MRI booked next week too.
In meantime welcome any advice or information of anyone in similar situation as what treatment I can expect. Assuming surgery and then possibly radiotherapy or chemo.
I'm 43, non drinker, non smoker and fit and active. No family history at all. I have one daughter who's 9 years old ( I did breastfeed for 6 months) and breaks my heart that I may not be around for as long in her life as I thought.
I'm trying to remain optimistic but going to be a long week waiting!
Is 7mm lump big in the cancer world? My GP couldn't find it nor the consultant initially only that the left breast felt bit different. They said I did well to find the creasing and caught it early. Only mammograms and ultrasound that showed up the lump.

Another little update, less of a question now more info that may help others looking for advice.
Went for another check up with surgeon last week and delighted with how I'm healing. In parallel thought I'd spotted another dimple in my right breast ....but another ultrasound later I was all clear. (Think just slightly saggy skin !) Given the number of mammograms , ultrasounds and MRI I've had lately my head kept saying it would be very unlucky to find something else but also best to check.
Anyway so feeling slightly relieved I'm just waiting on Radiotherapy now and hope to get my planning appointment in the next couple of weeks still and treatment in September.
I'm 2 weeks into taking Tamoxifen and so far so good. Felt a little bloated at start but seems better now.
I looked back at my very first post and it's amazing how quickly everything has happened and how far I've come but most of all how all your comments really did help me. Thankyou all again.
Hope to add a little follow up when radiotherapy is done :-)

In parallel thought I'd spotted another dimple in my right breast ....but another ultrasound later I was all clear. (Think just slightly saggy skin !) As promised, and hard to believe I am now writing this, but my treatment is now finished as at yesterday!
I feel very fortunate to have come through this in just 19 weeks, remarkably quick really.
I was called a couple of weeks ago to say due to NHS wait times they have a space at a private hospital. I then literally had a call the next day and in for scan the day after that.
I started 5 days of radiotherapy last Wednesday and finished yesterday!
I drove to my treatment on my own each day and when I finished yesterday the team were so lovely doing pics and vids and even a team selfie!
They made it a proper occasion.
So this really again isn't a question but a little update and probably my last one.
I hope anyone else starting this treatment realises it can be treated and outcomes can be very good..thankyou to everyone back at the start who told me it would be ok and to pur my trust in the professionals.
That really is the best advice, and stay positive!
