How can i create the crinkled hair look like Britney Spears in her video 'Everytime'?

haven't seen the video you mention but to get 'crinkled' hair you need to use a hair crimper. I bought one for my daughter either last Christmas or the year before and it has different size plates so that you can get thin or thick 'crinkles'. You can get the same effect by plaiting damp hair and sleeping with them in overnight. When you take them out in the morning they should be crimped, try it out when you are not going out anywhere special so you can wash them out if you don't like the effect

try the remington or babyliss ceramic ones remington isbetter.
make sure it has a crimper as well as the straightener. Good luck

Or you could always go for the cheaper option - wash your hair and put it straight into plaits when it is still wet - then don't take them out til it is dry. Much less hassle!
