My BP has shot up from an acceptable level to over 200 and my ankles have swelled, I rang after taking a home reading which shocked me, he’s ringing me in a week to see how I am , he asked has anything worried and upset me to cause such an increase, he said I may have a murmur so a heart scan could be on the cards, he’ll decide after he rings next week , I’ve been given 10 mg of Lisinopril to get it down

So try not to worry and take it easy and keep out of the heat if poss..
