Lump Underneath The Eyelid

I have had 3 different lots of antibiotics and a 3 day course of steroids for this, the lump is still there, no pain, and the left eye is half closed compared to the right eye, I have a gp appointment next week, just concerned, as to, what could cause a lump underneath the eyelid

Its called a Chalazion or Meibomium cyst.
No big deal and it should go away without any further treatment which may take months.

If antibiotic cream hasn't worked and is causing you problems, then it can be excised.
DACRYOCYSTITIS is another possible cause. Also covered on the above website.
