One For Sqad Please

I had a small mid brown freckle type spot, size of a pin head appear on my face around 10 or so years ago. Over the years it got bigger, to about the size of the top of little fingernail. I had it cut out and told it was benign, now around four years later it has appeared again, where the scar is, very gradually getting bigger, would this definitely be benign please? Not raised, bleeding or itchy. Thanks all.

Almost certainly benign.
You can either watch and wait or get it excised now.

No nothing to do with the Efudix one, that has totally cleared up!
