Prudie at 8.26pm - ah yes, I remember those days well, I remember being called a granny killer, selfish and a covidiot amongst other things by the oh so pious for having the temerity to question things such as the unnecessary lockdowns, to point out that paying people to sit on their backsides will come back and bite us in the, um, backside (both of which have proven to be true), questioning the headline numbers posted by certain members because they were posted with no context, because when the context was given it spoilt the impact.
Christ, I can remember being called selfish for wanting to go on holiday when the air bridges were opened, such was the hysteria from some people on this site.
I agree with sqad, who let's face it is in a better position to know what's what than most, in just carrying on as normal, but avoiding people known to be vulnerable. Ah, but the saintly people will whine, you could be in a supermarket next to somebody you don't know is vulnerable. Well so what, people cannot and should not put their lives on hold based on something they have no idea may or may not happen.
