"Not much movement" Constipation, maybe?
I very rarely visited my doctor until i had a heart attack and was diagnosed as Type 2 Diabetic, back in 2009. At my first appointment with him on leaving hospital, he greeted me with, "Hi, Ken. Not seen you in quite a while."
I said, "No, Doc, i've been ill."

Ken 2009 is a year to remember for me. My mum was in hospital for three weeks and I was at the hospital ever day and many nights. Hospital is 30 plus miles away. Mum died , mums funeral and a week later Mr T had a major heart attack , so back to hospital everyday for a week. Two weeks later Mr T back in hospital for two weeks under observation.
I don't visit the doc's unless i have a 'shopping list' of ailments. Right now, my lower back is giving me jip - thought my back was gonna 'lock' whilst in the shower earlier - but, being the brave little/roughty-toughty* soldier i am, i'll wait to see how it develops:-)
