Not sure what you are asking but caffeine is added to tablets to help boost alertness, give you a boost.
I'd rather drink a cup of coffee
It means that a tablet that fizzes when mixes with a liquid has caffeine in it. Probably sold as an energy boosting drink
Probably just means that caffeine is one of the constituents in the tablet. It's the 'wake up' stuff you get in tea & coffee; and some sodas.
Caffeine is added to some painkillers to help them work better.
For example, solpadine plus, which you dissolve in water, contains paracetamol, codeine, and caffeine.
Other types of painkillers which also contain caffeine are also available.
It's not the caffeine that fizzes, it's just one of the ingredients.
It’s in there to give you a little buzz and make you think the tablets are working better than they actually are.
It's what vagus said.
Caffeine isn't just added to painkillers, it's in a lot of effervescent supplements like Berocca
