For a few days, I’ve had a weird cramp like pain, or the feeling that it is about to go into a cramp in my mid back. It’s both sides, in the middle, around the fat bit. https://drgracekelly.co.uk/conditions/back-fat/
On this picture, it’s roughly where the ladies hands are, but more central rather than on the edge. Does anyone know what organ is around this area?! I’m trying to work out what a pain could be. It’s not bad enough for me to go to the doctor, but I have had it for several days now.

Kidney pain might be the cause. When I couldn't pee for 11 days, my kidneys almost packed up and there was certainly plenty of cramp-like pain around the areas that you mention.

You can't possibly have had the same root cause that I did though, as you haven't got a prostate gland! Even so, it might be something like a kidney infection or, with the current weather, simply not drinking enough fluids.

However I think that it's possibly more likely that the pain is actually emanating from your spinal column, perhaps due to a prolapsed disc.

Thanks Buen, I have had some problems with my waterworks recently, and there was some blood present when I did a dip test. I also need to wee an awful lot, especially at night. And I’m still going three times in the night. I have three days of antibiotics, but that didn’t do anything. Maybe it is kidneys.
From your description and photograph supplied, this would have to be a be a bilaterally placed organ............and there isn't one in that area.

I would support the post by Buenchico above.
Scarlett, because of the possibility of kidney problems you should see your GP especially if you've had blood in your wee and you need to go a lot - many people urinate less in this weather because they sweat more.
Maybe ring 111
Well, I've never pretended to have any medical knowledge but that seems to absolutely shout 'kidney infection' to me!

Drink plenty of fluids, go back to your GP and get well soon ;-)
Ignore me, go with the AB God Sqad (Sqad and Buen) :D
^^^ Actually, I thought that we were all largely in agreement anyway, Barry!
Cross posting, Buen
