Constant Wet Feet

Least of my worries at the moment but
My feet are constantly 'wet'.
Have been for years.
I *NEVER* wear shoes or socks in the house.
Used foot deoderants for years.
Charcoal insole in shoes etc....

And yet...within half an hour of my morning bath, my feet are 'wet' for the rest of the day.
I can easily get through 3 pairs of socks per day.
Tried talc etc to no avail.
Expensive shoes/ cheap shoes.
Expensive socks/ cheap socks
My feet (& Inbetween my toes) are continually wet.
Not neccassarily smelly. Just 'wet'.

Can wash and dry all I want. Within half an hour they are wet again.
Any advice?

Got a GP app on Tuesday for another matter.
Going to have to ask him.
(If they allow for more than one medical condition at a time...which they don't)
A few more pressing matters on my mind at the mo.
Still annoying as hell though.

medications like anti-depressants can cause sweaty wet feet, diet or anxiety, are you diabetic ? do discuss this with your gp when you go for that appointment on Tuesday

Been on so many.
Either way, had sweaty, itchy feet and toes for years.
Annoying to get out of the bath each morning, dry your feet...and toes...to death, only for them to be soaking wet within half an hour!!

Are they really wet when you touch them with your hands, do they leave sweaty footprints on the floor?

I often get the sensation that my feet are soggy when in reality they are not

I have wooden flooring in my hallway.
I had my granddaughter in my arms when I slipped because of my
wet feet!
Hence this post!

Ducksie 19.56. Yes, wet feet can be a symptom of diabetes though you have probably been checked for this in the past. Do mention to GP.
Also is there a podiatrist at your Health Centre - could perhaps be a type of fungal infection?

Thanks for replies.
Have been diagnosed at been at risk of diabeates in the past.
Gp surgery asked me to pick form for blood test a few weeks ago but was in hospital at the time so didnt bother.
Thought that they might have any results that needed seeing to.

Interesting - I have had sweaty, itchy feet for years - they are worse if my feet get wet. Sometimes the only relief is to scratch them to the point of pulling skin off. They get wet between the toes too. I have wondered if I could be diabetic, keep meaning to get tested. Will see about making an appointment.
